Join CCODER and become part of a community-driven movement working to improve education, health, and livelihoods across rural Nepal.
Currently, CCODER is looking for volunteers—both on-site and abroad—to support a wide range of community development activities. We seek individuals who are self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to making an immediate and meaningful impact.
Support outreach, storytelling, documentation, and awareness-building initiatives for community programs.
Work on income-generating activities, micro-finance, entrepreneurship, and increasing market access for rural communities.
Support preventive health programs, hygiene awareness, nutrition, maternal and child health initiatives.
Assist in Montessori education and other community school programs, teacher support, and learning resource development.
Help maintain and improve CCODER’s website, digital presence, and information systems.
Design educational materials, reports, visuals, and communication assets for programs and campaigns.
Assist in planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of community projects.
Help ensure effective use of resources, transparency, and accountability in development interventions.
